Remote Support from Floorvisio

At Floorvisio we use Team Viewer to provide remote support. To begin a remote support session, follow these steps.

  1. Contact the Floorvisio support team to schedule a remote support session.
  2. The support team at Floorvisio will setup a time to host the remote supprt session.
  3. Shortly before your appointed scheduled time you will:
  4. Download TeamViewer:
  5. Run TeamViewer QuickSupport:
    • Double-click the downloaded file to run it.
    • If you are asked to grant permissions for Team Viewer, choose yes/accept.
  6. Share ID and Password:
    • TeamViewer will display a unique ID and password.
    • On Team Viewer, press the copy icon to copy your ID and password.
    • Share the ID and password by email with the Floorvisio support team.
      • Paste your user ID and password in the message section.
      • Press send.
  7. Once connected:
    • Our support team will be able to view your computer screen.
    • This will allow us to answer your specific questions.
  8. When the remote session has been completed:
    • You will close the remote session.
    • Once closed. we will no longer be able to see your screen.
    • Safe and secure! You are in control of when and what we are able to view.
